Start each day with a workout for all the family or use his 5 minute workouts for a brain break and to burn off some energy through the day. Particularly if they can't get outside.
There are a lot of ideas on the planning sheet below, however there is no expectation for your child to complete all of the activities. Select what interests them.
We would suggest one of each of the following short activities daily;
