PAWS & GRIZZLIES 

At Paws & Grizzlies we offer high quality before and after school care and wraparound service to all children age 3-11 years. We are based in the infant building at Peterbrook Primary School. We are managed by the governors of our school and it is completely integrated into school life. Our aims are to provide a safe and inspiring environment for every child to play, learn and develop freely. All play activities and provisions are planned in accordance with the children’s needs, age, preferences and abilities. Development, progress and observations are guided and supported by the Early Years Foundation Stage and The Seven Play Objectives. All staff are DBS checked. Key appointed staff hold relevant qualifications in childcare, are first aid trained, and with many years of childcare experience. Staff are appointed on a ratio of 1:8 for children under 5, ratio of 1:12 for children age 5 -11 years.

We are open from 7.30am up to 6.00pm daily, Monday to Friday Term Time Only.
