Orchard

On Wednesday 13th March 2024 Kelly and Candice from Veolia came to help the eco councillors plant some trees and create an orchard in the field. The children thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of digging and planting the trees and their team work was great. They planted 3 apple trees and 2 pear trees. 90 schools around the country have been given some fruit trees to create and orchard and we are the only school in Solihull!

Gardening Club

The Eco Councillors have been working hard during gardening club over the past few weeks. We have done lots of weeding, planting and designed a 'meal in a barrow' for the Gardener's World School Wheelbarrow Competition.
