Gratitude
Gratitude means to be thankful. Being thankful is really important and can make you feel much more positive. During lockdown, there have been a lot of things that we have had to stop doing or may have been taken away. This can be very hard to understand but it can also be a good thing too. It makes us thankful for things that we may normally take for granted. Have a chat with your family about things that you are grateful for. You can just talk to your family about this or you can have a go at writing key words/sentences.
