For the first day of World Book Week, we would really like to see your creativity shine! We would like you to watch this masterclass with Tom Fletcher, who is an extremely famous author. You may have seen or read the following books. Click on the books to take you to Tom Fletcher's YouTube channel, where you can see and hear him reading some fantastic stories:

 

 

We would really like you to watch the following video and then to take part in the Peterbrook World Book Day Challenge - Day 1 Activity - which is explained underneath the video 

 

Peterbrook Challenge

 

We would like you to create your own book character, just like Tom Fletcher does. We want you to draw the character and to give it a name and then write a short sentence about why you have chosen this character. 

 

Remember to be creative. Your imagination is the best tool to complete this challenge. Don't forget to send in a picture of your finished creations to your year group email for your teachers to see your fantastic work.
