Get a box, jar or some kind of container and some strips of paper. You could decorate the container if you like. At my house, we have the 'Edwards' Happy Box'. Each night, everybody, including the adults, writes down something that has made them happy that day. It is a really good way of thinking about the happy parts of the day, especially at the moment when life is more difficult than usual. We did this all the way through the first lockdown and it really helped to stay positive! We read them all out each month and celebrated the good times! Enjoy!
