Why not start each day with a workout from one of the above or use a 5 minute workout for a brain break and to burn off some energy through the day, particularly if they can't get outside.
This week the theme is based on the book 'What the Ladybird Heard'.
Click on the book, to hear the author Julia Donaldson retelling the story. Can you join in with the animal noises? We hope you have fun.
There are a lot of ideas below, however there is no expectation for your child to complete all of the activities. Select what interests them and what you can manage.
Ideally we would suggest one of each of the following short activities daily if you can;
