Today the Peterbrook Primary School Parent Council and School Council led a virtual 'thank you' assembly. Each staff member was presented with a flower comprising of petals filled with messages and pictures of thanks from the children. On behalf of all the children they represent, the school councillors read messages of thanks and poems. The school councillors thanked our Peterbrook staff for:

• keeping them safe
• for holding their hands
• for teaching them to treasure each day 
• sharing knowledge in their lessons
• for supporting them when learning gets tricky
• for teaching them never to give up
• for building bright futures
• for learning with laughter and smiles

All this was possible due to the commitment and efforts of our Parent Council. They set about a 'secret mission' with our children and gave their free-time to create exactly what the children wanted. We all send a humungous thank-you to Mrs Smith, Mrs Walmsley, Mrs Bassi, Mrs Verdi and Mrs Le Vallois.
