How to apply for a Nursery or Reception place at Peterbrook Primary School for September 2026

Reception Places 

Children can start Reception in the September after their fourth birthday.

Example: 

If your child was born between 1 September 2021 and 31 August 2022,

they will be able to start school in September 2026.

For a place in Reception you must apply to your local authority

Applications open on 1 October 2025 for primary school applications for entry to reception in September 2026. The closing date is 15 January 2026.Offer date is 16th April 2026. 

Nursery Places

Children can start Nursery the term after their third birthday. 

For a place in Nursery you must apply directly to the school.
