Hi everyone and welcome to Kingfishers! This page will display general information and specific dates of events that you will need to know throughout the year. Photos and videos will appear on this page with parental consent 

Homework Timetable!

Homework for Kingfishers will  be sent home on a Friday and collected in on a Friday. If your child is struggling with their homework, they can always bring it in and ask any member of the Year 4 team for help if needed. We are always happy to help. Children can also bring their homework in sooner if they have completed it.

October 2024- The children have had a wonderful first half term and settled into year 4 life really well. We have been impressed with the attitudes to learning and the effort all children have put in. A really positive start- keep it up Kingfishers! 

December 2024-

The children have had another wonderful half term, some highlights have been listening to the children during their strings music lesson, they are really enjoying this wonderful opportunity. The term has finished with a beautiful Christmas carol concert- well done children and thank you to so many parents for coming along to support your children. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Mrs Debono and Miss O'Brien.

Summer term 2025-

Hi all, we are really looking forward to a wonderful summer term, the children have worked so hard and we know they will continue this for the rest of the academic year!

Some highlights from Spring term:

All children who attended St Briavels residential did themselves and the school proud- we had a fantastic time, life skills were built, friendships blossomed and some of them even slept a bit!

Music- The children are still loving their weekly strings sessions and are building up their confidence with their musical abilities. 

Times tables- The children are working really hard on TTRS ready for their Times tables assessment in June- keep it up and well done!
