Evidence Me

Each week, we share fun and practical home activities for you to enjoy with your child. These experiences encourage play, creativity, and curiosity, while building on the skills and knowledge your child is developing at school.

We warmly encourage parents and carers to share photos, videos, and comments from home, as this helps us develop a richer understanding of your child’s interests, achievements, and learning beyond the classroom.

In school, we use Evidence Me to capture and share key moments in your child’s development. As Nursery activities are mainly play-based, you can expect to receive at least one observation each week to view and enjoy with your child. In Reception, observations are shared less frequently as classroom experiences become more structured.

How Parent Share Works

1. Once the school has linked your email address to your child’s account, you will be sent a Parent Share invitation to activate your account.

2. If you would like to participate, click on the link to activate and confirm your email address.

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive your setup email please check your spam/ junk folder and mark noreply@evidence.me as safe. If it doesn’t appear in your spam/junk folder then please contact us via the school office office@peterbrookschool.co.uk to ensure we have the correct email for you.

Download the App from your devices’ App Store

1. Visit the App Store or Play Store on your device and search for Evidence Me by 2Simple

2. Follow the steps to download the app

Log into the app

1. Open the app on your device

2. Enter your Email and password

3. Tap Login

4. The following pop up messages will appear:

   1. Do you want to set a PIN? we recommend that you select OK to keep your app secure (you can select No and set this up at a later date).

   2. Would you like to save this password to use with apps and websites? Please Note: If you are using a shared iCloud account we would recommend clicking Not Now

   3. “Evidence me” Would Like to Access the Microphone – Tap OK

   4. “Evidence me” Would Like to Access the Camera – Tap OK

   5. Press OK

Forgotten Password

To reset your password please visit evidence.me, click Forgot Password, and enter your email address. An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.
