Llanrug - Tuesday

What a day! Our intrepid adventurers set out this morning for journeys on water, up a mountain and around the edge of the coast.  It was a challenging day.  Huge amounts of persistence, confidence and teamwork along with plenty of encouragement enabled everyone to feel an enormous sense of achievement by the end of the day.  Crystal and Dave's groups paddled Canadian canoes at Conway; Matt traversed sea cliffs and jumped in the sea on off Anglesey with his group and Sophie led an expedition up the slopes and over the boulders on Carnedd Y Filiast with her children.

Tonight, we walked by a lake and then lay back on mossy ground to gaze at a star jewelled sky.  We even saw Saturn.
