Friday 13th March - sport's relief
We had great fun today coming to school dressed in our sport's kits! We did some fun activities and a quiz but the best part was when we ran around the field. Five laps were equal to a mile....many of us did at least that! We had fun and raised money!
Thursday 5th March - World book day!
Today we had great fun dressing up as our favourite book characters. We also wrote a character profile of the person we had come dressed as. What a super day!
This half term we have been thinking about animals in lots of our learning. We have thought about animals and their needs in science and have also done some drawing of animals in our art work. The most exciting thing for us was making 3D models of animals with clay. Take a look at our handy work!
We have been learning about Buddhism as part of our RE. We made collages of lotus flowers. Take a look at our beautiful work!
We have been looking at mixing colours and creating different effects. We experimented making different shades of colours and talked about how we could represent different seasons using appropriate colours. Then we created some Autumn and Winter tree landscapes. Take a look at our amazing art work!
Green Day - October 2019
Our Green day theme this term was 'What's under your feet?' We had great fun exploring in the ECO garden to see what sort of minibeasts we could find!
