IPC - Living Together

Since returning after the Easter holiday...

 

We have introduced our new IPC unit 'Living Together', where we have been learning about the different communities in which we live. We began by using teamwork and communication skills to work as groups in order to achieve certain tasks. This really helped to show the importance of working together in a community. Our challenges were:

 

  • To get a hoop to move round the circle without breaking the chain.
  • To move from one place to another, using two mats and without touching the floor.
  • To move a marble through tubes without it falling to the floor.
  • To get a bucket out of a squared area, only using skipping ropes.
  • To direct a blindfolded person through an obstacle course.
