ECO COUNCIL
2011-12
Councillors are particularly proud of their 'ECO Garden' which is landscaped within our school grounds. All our classes are timetabled to do gardening each school week (between mid-February and mid-October) and they have grown plants, fruits and vegetables which are used within our school (eg. school lunches) and our community (eg. lavender for 'lavendar bags' for Mother's Day, pumpkins for our Hallowe'en school discos, potatoes for baking on our Bonfire Night and Fireworks Display evening), etc. etc.
